The first time hearing of this I quickly came to the same conclusion, that this is Completely idealistic. The first thought that pops into my head is.. Even if a country(that is in debt) could finance this, what about maintenance, and would vehicles not become expensive and unattainable. In that case why not stick to hybrids or solar vehicles? Theyre are so Manny alternatives to this thing that is just unfeasible. They are fundraising money for this! I cant believe it.
