The following announcement will apply to all VVFC current registered players that want to make themselves eligible for, all tournaments, training, leagues, cups, competitions and the AFC club championships to be held in from September 2013- September 2014. - All Victorian based players will only play for VVFC teams unless written permission is granted that nominates that player permission to play for another club or entity at any level of competition in Victoria or interstate, all current arrangements are from September 1, 2013, revoked. - Official National or State team duties will always be honored and supported by the club - Interstate based VVFC players are allowed to play for their recognized local club entities within their states but must seek consultation from VVFC management if there is a potential conflict of interest at interstate/ national/ international tournaments that take place. - VVFC already has mutually beneficial arrangements with various interstate clubs, VVFC will support these organizations in matters of player loan arrangements (if these interstate clubs (not private operators) seek to engage in composite guest teams where more than 2 non original players from elsewhere are engaged to play, in similarly entered comps, these arrangements, will not be honored) - Failure to comply with VVFC policy will promptly follow with sanctions, suspensions and even expulsion from the VVFC playing list unless due process is engaged by player and club or affiliates - Only management can allow a player to play elsewhere, the player cannot agree to terms with others without permission from VVFC, neither can another group approach a player to play elsewhere. VVFC policy on all aforementioned matters are not negotiable. Players are welcome to ask for clarification or release if terms are not clear or irreconcilable. Our focus has always been to be a top club first and provide the opportunity for individual players to represent their state and country. It has never been about feeding egos or the transient promises of money or glory by those wishing to feed off our own hard work. We will support those who supported us always!
