Case #2014080052 -Residential Burglary Victim stated that the residence is under repairs and unk subj took the air conditioner unit and copper wiring were removed. Case pending. Case #2014080053 -Accident Officer responded to reports of an accident at Highway 49 @ Super Value. Report filed. Case #2014080054 -Prescription Fraud Complainant stated that her daughters medication was taken from Magic Mart Pharmacy without her consent. Case #2014080056 -Shoplifting Loss Prevention reported that male subj was observed via video surveillance placing an assortment of groceries valued at $49.01 and attempting to walk out of the store without paying. Subj was detained and transported to IPD where he was charged accordingly. Case #2014080057 -Identity Theft Victim reported to the IPD that unkn subj used his bank account to purchase goods in the amount of $967.63. Case pending... Case #2014080058 -Assault Victim advised that he was assaulted by his brother, brothers girlfriend and his stepmother. Charges filed. Case #2014080059 -Harassment Female victim stated that she has been constantly receiving letters and text messages from another female. Victim advised that the harassing is in regards to a male subj. Case #2014080060 -Auto Burglary Victim stated that unk person entered her husbands vehicle and took an assortment of change. Case pending... Case #2014080061 -Shoplifting Loss Prevention reported that female was observed via surveillance concealed an assortment of goods valued at $35.17 and attempted to walk out of the store without paying. Female was detained and transported to the IPD where she was booked and charged with Shoplifting. Case #2014080062 -Aggravated Assault Victim stated that he was walking near Bates and Aquarius when unk subj began shooting at him. Case pending... Case #2014080063 -Shooting into Occupied Dwelling Victim reported that male subj shot several times into her residence. Case pending... Case #2014080064 -Accident Officers responded to reports of an Accident at Highway 82 @ Best Western. Report filed. Case #2014080065 -Shoplifting Cashier reported that two males entered Double Quick and took four cases of beer and left the store without paying. Case #2014080066 -Auto Burglary Victim stated that when he went to his truck this morning, he observed the passengers side window burst out and his wallet stolen. Case pending... Case #2014080067 -Larceny Victim stated that he was walking along Hanna St when male subj asked to use his phone. Victim advised that male subj refused to give the phone back and left location. Charges filed.. Case #2014080068 -Aggravated Assault Victim reported that two male subjs shot at the vehicle he was driving. Victim also stated that another male with the group tried to assault him.
