The former New Haven station in Putnam, CT used to be a busy place. Its located at the junction of the NH Air Line from Willamantic (abandoned in 1955) and the former Central Vermont line to New London, now part of the New England Central. The restored station is on the National Register of Historic Places and is now a restaurant/brewpub. The second photo is looking south, with the NECR tracks on the left and the old abandoned NH Airline tracks curving off to the right into the brush.
