The four month wait for the Kampala electorate comes to an end as the Supreme Court has set tomorrow to deliver its verdict as to whether embattled Kampala City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago returns to office or not. According to the ruling notice dated August 19th issued out by the Supreme Court to concerned parties in this appeal, the much awaited ruling is expected to be delivered at 9:30am by the Deputy Registrar Thaddeus Opesen.
