The framework agreement for a two state solution to the Israel/Palestine problem seems to actually be taking shape. For the first time the issue of the right of return for refugees has been addressed. Financial compensation has been proposed for the refugees who were forced to flee their homes and land in 1948 and, crucially, includes both the Palestinians and Jews who fled from Arab countries. Who knows what will happen but the fact that right of return issue has been addressed fairly fills me with optimism :) MH ynetnews/articles/0,7340,L-4483232,00.html
