The full specifications of the upcoming Nexus 5 smartphone leaked .There is no official word on the release of Nexus 5 but the phone is expected to be announced next month. The Nexus 5 has 5-inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. It will come with 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. the device will run Android 4.4. It has also 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.2MP front camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, 4G LTE/ 3G, dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and 2,300 mAh with wireless charging.
