The general body meeting that took place today on 9th November 2014 at central office zadibal alamgari bazar in which board members including district presidents of srinagar budgam bandipora pulwama shopian were present. The meeting started with the recitation of Quran by Syed Nayeem at 1 pm and finished at 3 pm. In the meeting the chairperson Mr. Bashir Irfan welcomed all the persons present there whole heartedly. Every member present there expressed their views for the strengthing of the organization that were noted down and viewed seriously. The merits and de merits of the organization were discussed and how to deal with them positively. In meeting some changes were made for the smooth functioning of the organization. Mr. Yaseen who was working as publicity chief was posted as district vice president srinagar. Mr. Imtiyaz Dar was posted as publicity chief. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed Ganie was posted as Finance Secterary of this organization. These changes were taken with the consent of all board members present there. The chairperson & president of budgam condemned the CMO of budgam Dr. Mehmooba who did not give the medical suppy even when requisition was given to her before time. The president further said they had ample of supply given by director health to CMO but she denied by telling we have no orders to handover the supply to them. The president of budgam thanked head office for managing the supply for them on time. The board members request the director health and high authorities to look into the matter and take action against Dr. Mehbooba as soon as possible. In the meeting the action was taken against the president bandipora name with held for misbehaving with the members. Refreshment was also given to the members present in the meeting. Further in the meeting it was discussed that how to make medical aid and blood camps possible in all districts of J & K especially in Dargah Hazratbal in the view of Milad festival on priority basis. Mr. Zahoor Dar, Mr. Khalid Pandith, Mr. Syed Nayeem, Mr. Wajid Khan, Mr. Mehdi, Mr. Yaseen, Mr. Imtiyaz Dar and Mr. Yousuf expressed their views for the betterment and enhancement of this organization. At last chairperson thanked all its members for their efforts in making the moharram activities from 1st to 10th moharram possible without any problem. New units were also framed in the areas like fathekadal, khanka moula, khanyar, chatabal, sherief abad, shalimar, kalipora, isganderpora, beerwa and autina in different districts. All imperative points were noted down to deal with them accordingly in future meeting for which notification will be issued separately.
