The gents had a wash-down in preparation for a new coat of paint. An extension to the drainage was added so that the spring and river running towards Blandford are all now piped and the guys were true to their word, the Vicarage Gate is dry! There is another spring at the side of the horse field and this now drains into our pipeline. The trackbed received a bit of attention ready for levelling and the adding of our turnout (point). This, I am informed, will be assembled in the yard and when the pieces have been checked moved into place.
