The good news - I managed to put back together the pen by my barn that I took apart to put gravel in, and the horses I needed to put in that pen were up by the barn, so they were caught and put in the pen in record time. The bad news, there are two gates to the pen and I only closed one...so both horses thought theyd see how the other half lives, and visit all three stalls in the barn. Although there were only two of them, they managed to poop in all three stalls. That took effort. Obviously the mare pooped in the stall where the yearling stallions get put at night, because even though I cleaned it, when they came in they both ran over to that spot and acted like it was the coolest thing ever, that a mare had pooped in their stall...sigh..please, dear Lord, let the next horse baby be a girl...six studs in a row are a bit much.
