The good news is, I can still workout. I need physical therapy, and I need to do modifications to certain exercises. No broken bones, or fractures were found, and my bone-density is perfect!! My blood work: Iron levels, hemoglobin, PH, etc, are all perfect. In fact, my blood PH is a perfect 7.45!! So, anybody, who says you cannot get adequate protein, calcium, etc., on a vegan diet (90% Raw), has only been analyzing vegans who are not knowledgeable about where to obtain adequate macronutrient and micronutrients, or the ones who only consume "junk" vegan food, or GMO, pesticide-ridden, chemical shit storm food! My ALA Omega-3 Fatty acids convert to DHA, very well. So, just by eating blue-green algae, walnuts, and flax seeds, I get more than people who consume fish. I DO NOT hate people who consume animals, and their products, by the way. My point is that animals are not necessarily needed for nutrition, and plants have higher aggregated nutrient-density indexes, and they are the only way to obtain phytonutrients and adorable antioxidants!! :-)
