The gospel continues to go out in Russia! When we send our Canadian evangelism teams around the world to help equip churches globally in sharing the Good News of the gospel, it is not a short-term mission, rather its long term. Yes, we participate in evangelistic work and see thousands come to Christ in the two weeks that we are physically present, but we have our faith and hope in Christ, who we believe has a much larger harvest in store! One month ago our trip to Russia came to a close. But we saw many churches reignited with a passion for evangelism, and many non-believers transformed by the power of Gods Word! And it did not end there. Just this week our partner, Russian Ministries, met with leaders and pastors who represent over 500 Russian churches. Russian Ministries presented them with the Scripture materials that The Gideons International In Canada provided to help them share the Good News of the gospel in their cities. Russian Ministries reported to them on the amazing happenings witnessed during our two week mission there, and all were encouraged and left believing for Gods amazing power to continue to move throughout their country. Help us equip churches around the word with evangelism materials, so that they too, can participate in the Great Commission that we are all called to! gideons.ca/donate Matthew 28: 19-20 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
