The gospel of John chapter 10 talks about 3 kinds of ministers. 1. The shepherd (This minister is appointed by God and is authorized to overseer the sheep). 2. The thief (this minister climbs into the sheepfold instead of coming through the door. God has opened no door for him for ministry and he know that. 3. The hireling (this minister comes into the ministry motivated by an income. He sits in an interview room for a ministry post. When hes in the ministry and if he sees the wolf (satan) coming for the sheep,he flees from the ministry. This is the reality that you need God to give you discernment for.
