The government is totally out of touch with the economic realities of professional photography. This is totally absurd from more than just being a free speech issue. Its censorship by using astronomical fees to prevent access. Im looking at news that the IRS is seizing money from people for relatives debts with no notice or due process. Im looking at news that police departments are seizing peoples cars and homes without any charges or due process and than keeping for their own use or auctioning to raise money that goes into questionable use. Im looking at customs agents seizing money without probable cause. The more I read the madder I get. People are surrendering their rights without so much as a whimper.
