The government shut down is only for new registrants and recipients of recently filed cases; However it does not explain the mentally and physically disabled Social security recipients or given details about the health insurance. It would greatly benefit the Arizona Department of Economics if they shut down all welfare with no accumulation for all recipients (not just new applicants) and then automatically start back in January it would set the system in a positive balance to prevent any future shutdowns. But them just saying it on the news is actually a pilot test to see how people react. Get a pitchfork and shovel and head down to downtown phoenix and make your picket signs and protest for your economic well being. They have plenty of lazy ass state workers at the DES to more than compensate your food, medical and cash needs. The problem is the greedy ass state is trying to lose you all together as a liability and that old railroad oppressor is back again with the grim reaper to rob you of your rights and dignity.
