Purchasing Responsibilities • To issue Purchase Order and reconcile Purchase order against suppliers delivery order and invoice. • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties. • To perform purchasing duties such as material sourcing, strong negotiation skills, order tracking and etc. • Filing documents – in proper filing system (PR,P.O,D/O, Quotations and etc) • Additional job responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time Requirements • Possess minimum SPM or higher qualification • Must be computer literate • Self-motivation and able to work independently • Full-Time position(s) available. Safety Officer Responsibilities • Pre-Job support prepares the pre-job hazard assessment in documentation required by the project engineer or site safety requirement. Conduct tool box meeting. • Project Execution: Present at site whenever there is project activities such as Installation (on-site) or as and whenever required at site with Project Manager for meeting or conducting Safety briefing. Ensure contractors and workers are complying with the safety requirements at site. • Post-Job Support Assist On-site housekeeping standard with inspection, send this inspection report to contractors for improvement and client. • Comply with all Safety & Health requirements in Customer sites. • Prepare the pre job hazard assessment. • Assist Project Manager on safety matters, procedures and specifications as required by client. • Assist Project Manager to ensure all workers are wearing PPE (personal protective equipment). • Perform daily tool box talk. • Perform inspection on the tools and equipment used by contractor. • Maintain good housekeeping at site at all times. • Assist Project Manager and identify any safety issues during project execution. • Inspect the tools to be used at site, weekly or whenever there is new tool. • Check inventory of the first aid box weekly. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. • Had attending any of formal safety training with JKKP. • Able to conduct safety training. • Full-Time position(s) available. Project Manager Responsibilities • Responsible for overall Project Management and Project Construction team • Administer and supervise daily operation of site office • Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and control the level of resources and performance to meet the planned targeted schedule and quality • Review of all technical aspects proposed by consultants/contractors. • Preparation and submission of management reports • Notification to client and consultants for inspection, details, confirmation and site constraints • Represent the company in regular and special meetings with the management, clients and sub-contractors. • Liaise closely and establish good rapport with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and third party involve. Requirements • Candidate possess at least Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. • Candidates without similar qualification but with related working experince will be considered • Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent, high-rise project added advantage. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese would be added advantage QUANTITY SURVERYORS Responsibilities • Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project • Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter • Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials, constructions cost and procurement, variation order and final accounts • Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimate, tender document & Letter of Award • Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities • Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractors monthly claims • Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are in order • Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. • Full-Time position(s) available. • Able to work under pressure, independent and meet tight deadlines. • Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
