The greatest enemy or threat for a human is going to be another human. People who love Allah and follow his wishes are protected from those harmful humans by Allah. People who ignore Allah are ignored and merely left to their own fate and receive no protection from the threats of other humans. Allah is merciful. Allah does not punish man by Himself. It is man who chooses to leave Allah and suffer at the hands of other humans. If Allah really wanted to punish a human, there can be no words to describe such an agony that would fall upon the man. The power of Allah that created the magnificent universe is too huge to be felt on a human as an anger.
