The group Scientific Transhumanism has decided that Sunday is bash religion day because some how that has anything to do with science, transhumanism, or productive discussions which could shape the future. Your right to talk about god because its a holy day is not a sentiment imbued with the concept that you are free of your brainwashing. I was never force-fed organized religious. As an aspiring molecular biologist, with a focus on neurochemistry I am fascinated by the subject of brainwashing, and would so much prefer to hear about that than read posts about how dumb the bible is. Its fiction. This is a science group. Its a secular group. Everyone here agrees that its fiction. Talking about it only creates an echo chamber effect. Brainwashing, however is fascinating. For example, when people are fiercely defensive of their right to continually REINFORCE their brainwashed programming by constantly revisiting the trauma of organized religion, its really impressive how deeply these religious systems were inscribed in your psyches. Religion must have severely altered your epigenetics. I wanna poke your brains and figure out where they broke you all.
