The guy who I studied self esteem with has a saying that he says everyone needs to know. NOBODY IS COMING!!! As in self esteem is the value you give yourself - its nothing to do with what anyone else thinks. The truth is - nobody is coming to save you, so you need to give that beautiful gift to yourself. Stop looking outside for someone else to validate you or tell you that you are good enough. Doing that for yourself is where your true power lies 💖 It sounded harsh when I first heard that, but putting it into practice has set me free 😊
