The handing over of Compassvale Ancilla, a BTO project in Sengkang, from the contractors to HDB this morning marked the completion of 14,000 new flats this year. Another 14,000 are on track to be completed in the next 6 months :) Beyond building flats, we would also like to help families live together or near each other. Take for example Mr and Mrs Kang who doubled their BTO ballot chances using the Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS), and have just moved to their Studio Apartment in Sengkang this week. With three of their children also living in Sengkang, their family remain physically close by, for mutual support and bonding ❤ What other priority schemes are there to facilitate multi-generational living?
