Some Socialists support Islam as some sort of kindred spirit, as the tenets of Marx and Mohammed are eerily similar. Some Socialists denounce Islam as it directly competes with the ideology of Marx (Marxist Socialism verses Theocratic Socialism). Both schools of thought do agree that the ideology of Christ is the bigger threat.
