The heart is a miraculous thing. Listening to it closely can save a life – both medically and emotionally. For some time now our hearts have been touched by senior Chihuahua mix, Ms. Coco Chanel – who herself has congestive heart disease. Coco is still vital however, and enjoys a hug, a good belly rub, and OH YEAH – that perfect spot on her back scratched!!! Today, Christina Morgan from Paw Works had her heart strings touched by Coco and gave her a freedom ride right into the arms of a foster home! Thank you, Christina and everyone at Paw Works for helping this loving little senior! In the past couple of weeks, Paw Works has pulled 14 VCAS dogs, 9 VCAS cats, and placed 20 of our feral cats into the Barn/Garden cat program. Many hearts beating in harmony can truly accomplish great things!
