The hearts of Nigerians are with the 54 gallant nigerian soldiers recently sentenced to death by a military court... it is criminal for the court to had even entertained the two count charge... the young soldiers who by evidences presented by defense counsel did not refuse to engage the terrorist but with commensurate weapon as comparative to that the insurgents uses.... moreso the commanding officer under regular military protocol is not supppsed to give a direct order to regular soldiers in the field.. it is a breach of protocol.. moreso the oath of allegence taken by the military dosent tantamount to suicide.. citing the oath as a basis for conviction is a poor interpretation of the law... beside the counsel to the plaintiff didnt provide a shred of evidence to support the claim that the soldiers actuallly conspired to mutinise the nigerian army... this sentence is an act of genocide if it is carried... i call on mr president through this medium to reject such judgement and extend armnesty to this soldiers.. now is not the time to execute our soldiers when we are lacking men on ground in the north east.... we expect mr president to use his office to bring sanity to the military especially the operation in the north east... y in GODs name cant we arm this boys... after a loan of one billion dollar was approved by the national assembly .....the sluggishness of this operation is sinister and propesturous.. our hopes in u is weaning fast.. the locus of our audacity is deem.. and ur weakness is becomming intolorable... the time to act is now...
