The higher you go (elevate), the more people will dislike you and despise you! They need no legitimate reason to do so but, just as they did Jesus while He was in ministry, some will simply hate you WITHOUT cause! Understand that becoming has NEVER been and NEVER will be about how many people like you or how many you can brown nose in hopes of gaining favors. It is about being disciplined and the willingness to NOT conform- whether people “like you” or NOT. Plain and simply put- if your purpose is to be a “people pleaser” and you do not function effectively unless “everybody likes or supports you” then you will NOT likely to ascend to the level you have potential to be. Choose THIS DAY- The FIRST DAY of November- to go into your new year- KNOWING unequivocally whom you will please AND serve, because despite what you’ve been “led” to believe, the choice REALLY is yours..
