The holiday season heightens my already existent struggles with anxiety and depression. I manage to distract/medicate myself but the tears still breakthrough. Some days are much harder than others. Working with the dream team today helped keep me distracted throughout most of the shift- thank you Shirl & Christa for the antics and images that I wont soon forget. ;-) My ride home was still tearful. Then our friends dropped off a special present for me after I got home. Thank you Rachel & Isaac for being so thoughtful and making the extra effort to show me love. I appreciate your friendship!
