The hospitals are the gateway to pain and they like to hold the keys too. Because of that some of the nights i spent in there were horrendous, hiddious nightmares confusion and lack of understanding all compiled to those nights add that to the lack of sleep and the sheer fatigue and you get roughly what almost every hour was like. The main problem wasnt the understanding of the pain they had caused with the knives sutures and clips, The problem was the amount of pain i suffered from the back problems i suffer. They were giving me less painkiller than my maintenance dose was normally. 1mg a hour to control the extra pain they had inflicted when my maintenance dose for my spine was 2mg per hour. left me in agony. A normally complient patient suddenly became a monster and i demanded to see the pharmacist and the doctor together, refusing to do or take anything until i had explained things. That worked i can tell you, they soon learned that when i was in pain they suffered almost as much. The food (that is what they call it anyway) all tasted the same, strawberry jam pudding tasted the same as the mac and cheese or tomatoe soup it didnt matter what its name was. I have lost weight but made up for lost time today with a steak dinner and even did a lil shopping. i get very tired very quickly but have found even a lil nap helps me to recoup. Unofficially they say things look good because they seem to have caught everything but i will need more tests to be sure the cancer has gone. I have appearantly broken a few records at least at hospital level dunno about the rest of the country response times surgical times, healing times and recouperation reaction etc all seem to be ahead of shedule on most if not all ranges, sometimes in very drastic ways. Dont ask me what but everyone is very surprised at my capacity to heal. I may even mow my lawn tomorrow if i feel able. I will try to keep all those interested, up to date as and when i can.
