The incident in 1967 in which Israeli air force jets mistakenly attacked the USS Liberty navy ship has long been the bugaboo of Neo-Nazi organizations and web sites in the United States. The sorts of people who cheer on the Oklahoma City bomber get a kick out of trying to trash Israel for attacking the United States. One of these is the so-called USS Liberty Memorial, a Neo-Nazi group pretending to have served on the ship. Now the jihadi web site al-Jazeera has decided to join the feeding frenzy. It has been running its own special on the USS Liberty incident as a way to bash Israel and try to stimulate anti-Semitism in the US. So let us see if we have this clear. Islamofascists have attacked the US and American interested continuously for the past 40 years. Indeed not a day goes by without some jihadi attack on America somewhere in the world.
