The investigations from Human Rights Watch came to the official conclusion, Israel having committed War Crimes Acts in the Gaza-war. Human Rights Watch are calling it by it´s name - Massacres. To start with, the HRW-report refers to the three schools in the Gaza-strip, where 45 people have been killed, including 17 children: The Israeli Military had conducted attacks on three schools, visibly marked as such, knowing that there hundreds of people had been run for shelter. According to the field studies and talks with testimonies - there were no military targets at all in the nearby of the schools, or in the villages Beit Hanun and Dschabaija. Further it says Israel has killed or injured a huge amount of civilians, who had been seeking shelter, instead Israel has carried out a Massacre.
