The iron law of wages! Simply put, give a worker enough subsistence wage in order for him to survive for a day so that he can feel the necessity to come back to you for work to be able to survive the next day but never compensate him enough to a point that he can survive on his own. The principle is: pay him so that he can come back and work for another paycheck. That is the system that is practized by societies like SA. Those who suggest other altanatives that work for the working class are labelled as Radicals even by the working class.
