The jump squat challenge! (Could Not record today because Im not 100% will explain later why) So basically this is easy you will perform a jump squat followed by three pulses. Keeping a 90 degree angle and a neutral back , you will always push and land on your heels NOT YOUR TOES! For those with bad knees do not jump but perform the squat with the pulses. The goal is to hit 10 sets of 10-20 reps each followed by 10 sets of calve raises (lets not neglect those calves). Pretty simple but the burn is real. Tag your partners and lets kick this challenge in the face. 2 more workouts left! ------------------------------------------ El desafio de Sentadillas saltadas! (Hoy no pude grabar este ejercicio por no sentirme muy bien ya les explicare después) Básicamente este desafío es fácil! Vamos a realizar una sentadilla saltada con 3 pulsadas abajo. Mantengan un ángulo de 90 grados y una espalda neutral . También brinquen y al aterrizar (no se sí estoy diciendo esta palabra bien) usen los talones de los pies Y NO LOS DEDOS. El objetivo es hacer 10 series de 10-20 repeticiones se quisas por 10 series de elevaciones de Pantorillas (hay que trabajar esas Pantorillas) Muy simple pero bueno.
