The kids are all on board, although some more reluctant than others. Steve Walsh commented in church that it seemed like self flagellation:), but since weve already done things like Lifestyles at the clinic, Jenny Craig (not to compare the two), Eat to Live etc. I feel like we have some tools to make a real long term lifestyle change. I would say this is most like Lifestyles of all the programs weve done - and I hope the Word of Wisdom. But this is in no way to imply that we know the right way for a family to eat! We are just looking at our own lifestyle and health, and looking for inspiration and ideas on how to get to our next level for emotional and physical health.
