The kids worked on their rooms this weekend, and the girls got em done! Matthew is having some difficulties, but hes a bit OCD and likes to separate Legos according to size, color, and maybe their alignment with the planet XLT27. Steve and I worked on our room, which has been a complete disgrace since the last time we did a rush cleaning job when someone was coming over so we shoved everything in our room and closed the door and then closed our eyes every time we walk in there now. That was an impressive run-on sentence, if I do say so myself. But oh, the laundry and the kitchen. There are no words for the catastrophe that is my kitchen right now. My kitchen also contains my laundry room, so the dirty laundry and dirty dishes are together, and I swear theyre multiplying in there. Still, we made some progress, and everyone did some work, so I call it a good weekend.
