The kind of people I train (and their kids--which I had the honor of crushing a little bit--one of the biggest thing they got from their training at The Compound is: Suck It Up Buttercup)...have these kind of kids who ended up pretty well this week: Brian Stephens and Cheryl Kitchen Stephens daughter--Anna Stephens named OK-White Conference female Athlete of the Year/EGR Female Athlete of the Year./All State Swim Team. And: Leslie Nelsons daughter Cameron Nelson: Forest Hills Eastern Regional Track 4-event CHAMPION: 100 meters/200 meter/100 X 4/200 X 4 SPRINT CHAMPION--Usain Bolt, fer gosh sakes! She was All-State last year as freshman! Those who STAY.....WILL be MF-ecking* CHAMPIONS. Coincidence? Errr...NOT an EXACT quote, there. The FREE $150,000 in college tuition aint gonna hurt either. THE. BEST. Forget the rest. We PROVE it every day. *Muscle Fanatic
