The knec portal for registering candidates is some pain for most people, been receiving calls on fellows asking how they can speed up the website and most guys are only registering 5 candidates per hour. You cant speed up the website on your side. Blame the fellows at 41.220.229.200 . The server there is completely overloaded. The problem there is nobody is doing anything about it.By the way that IP would be Liquid Telecommunications Kenya Limited. This can be fixed by having less traffic on the server or splitting traffic over multiple servers so that the load of each server is below capacity. Of course automating this process requires multiple dedicated servers and is likely far beyond what the average website can afford but we are talking about KNEC here in colaborration with the ISP Liquid Telecomm blah blah blah. The other thing is the User Interface on that system looks like was designed by a form 2 secondary school kid.
