The last 100 years of liberal activist judges that PURPOSELY misinterpreted the first Amendment and Jeffersons Wall of separation comment to fulfill their own desires, plans and philosophies thus bastardizing the true interpretation of the First Amendment. It is up to us to correct this fallacy and bring the First Amendment back to the founders true intentions and to stop demonizing religions and religious activities practiced in government- Frank Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances - The First Amendment No where in the First Amendment does it state that all religious activities, symbols, prayer or practices are to be ELIMINATED from government functions or processes. It states that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, which means that there should be NO state sponsored religion thus forcing all American to worship the same God in the same way followed by the lead of a certain state sponsored religion.
