The last 2 weeks have been filled with so many PRs! Weve seen people run 3 miles for the first time in years and follow it up with a new 200lb deadlift PR. Weve seen multiple people get those pull-ups...one...then two...then EIGHT! Weve seen DUs done in the 80s...the 90s...and more. Theres been PR after PR set in back squats, bench press, clean & jerk, and dead lifts, too. Most importantly weve seen folks walk through the door for the first time because theyve seen what CrossFit has done for others and now they want it for themselves!!! Thats a pretty good couple of weeks if you ask me!
