The last couple of days Enny, Luna, Mesa and I were in Eastern Washington (Pasco) to see Luna run in the State Meet for Cross Country. I am very proud of my daughter Luna who always strives to do her best and it shows! Congratulations Luna on doing a personal best in the second state meet you have attended in the last two years!!! On to Next year!! The one thing about cross country is it is not a spectator friendly sport. You get to see them take off, running at a couple key points in the course then at the finish line. What keeps me coming back is to be there to support the athletes on their own personal journey through the 3.1 mile course and to see the growth that occurs for the participants succeeding through each practice and each race.
