The last few days have been a roller coaster of emotions. Saturday, my birthday, was spent in Damascus Virginia at Trail Days. Saw old friends, met new friends and enjoyed a rugged 8 mile hike..... Then Sunday before I could read and respond to all the wonderful birthday wishes we are meeting an ambulance at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. My brother, David, and mother, Eleanor , were bringing Jack up from Charlotte. He had taken a turn for the worse a few days after a enjoyable Mothers Day dinner last Sunday. The last 36+ hours have been exhausting. Family gets you through though...Jeannie,Jennifer, Reynolds, David, Joy, Jessica and Eleanor and all their friends from Providence Methodist. Thank you for all the birthday wishes and prayers.
