The late passing of the Bushenyi District Local Government Budget with the un necessary controversy and divisions it caused is a vote of no confidence in the entire district local government leadership, NRM district leadership and entire opinion leadership. It a clear manifestation that Bushenyi has no respectable, neutral foresighted eldership...they have all been swallowed by the selfish and greedy politics of ours...Elders please take charge if you are still there. No one should cerebrate that so and has been undermined, and that our group has won...won what? extension of your confusion which you manufactured and brought into our respectable and sacred council?...It is NRM on trial in Bushenyi, the voters on trial, all of us the people of Bushenyi on trial...its our weakness, our confusion, our mistake...this is our opportunity to reflect on the options that can guarantee peace and harmony in our district..its not for Karasi, not for Wills the chairman nor for the Councillors...the lesson is for all of us...
