As of this morning, the pound was not full, but that can change in a day for a facility that only has 30 kennels. Most in need are the Pittie-type dogs - over 90% of dogs killed here this year have been bully breeds and bully mixes, simply because adopters and most rescues wont take them, and local breed rescues are full.
