The law and how it is applied... The County Prosecutor, in my estimation, should appoint a Special-Prosecutor to take the case against the police officer who shot Me Brown. That person should be choice by County Executive Dooly from a list of ten to twenty lawyers provided by Mr McColloch. This will assure that whoever takes this case, is expectably to the entire population of the county, and will not be used as a political weapon from which some can say it wasnt fair. The Prosecutor should take this case to a grand jury to indict the officer on a charge where a trial will be conducted to assure justice is done. We always say our judicial process is the best money can buy, well let it show its gold by using it. But I say this w/a big but, dont wish for something unless ur ready to accept its finding and procedures... The shooting, family, community deserves this and the officer deserves this... In my opinion. We r a nation govern by laws, let the law do what it is intended to do!
