The laws concerning strikes and Labour Unions need to be revised in Nigeria because people are getting away with CRIMINAL ECONOMIC SABOTAGE in the name of strikes through their political labour unions. The same actions that these criminals carry out in Nigeria unpunished and unchecked will land you a heavy prison sentence anywhere else in the sane universe. In other countries you have no right to shut down the economy by forcing non-members of your union to join your strike. People should be free to cross the picket line. You are free to not go to work if you want but you have no right to shut down the organisation or to prevent other workers whose conscience does not allow them to follow your strike to join and for your employer to employ temporary cover.
