The letter I emailed to County Commissioners, State Officials, - TopicsExpress

The letter I emailed to County Commissioners, State Officials, City of Fort Worth, TCEQ and News Reporters regarding the human sludge fertilizer is below. Please email your letter today! I cant do this alone. Hello Everyone, Well, enjoying the wonderful fresh air was short lived. Renda is dumping human waste fertilizer in Wise County again. How do I know? I can smell the foul stench in the air! Once again, I was force to close my windows this weekend due to the foul odor. And I couldn’t enjoy sitting by the fire with my family and friends, listening to music or roasting marshmallows because of the stench in the air. Being force to move indoors because The City of Fort Worth and Renda refuse to stop dumping sludge near my home is UNACCEPTABLE. Ruining our outdoor activities has GOT TO STOP! I simply do NOT understand how anyone has the right to diminish my quality of life. Where are MY RIGHTS?! I received so many calls and texts from Boyd citizens complaining about the foul odor. Boyd Youth Association held their annual Superbowl Event at the Boyd High School Football Stadium. This is an all day event and people were forced to endure the horrific odor. It’s humiliating to have people visit from other cities and counties only to be forced to endure this sickening foul odor. And those poor kids had to play their games in it! Would you want this happening to you or your family and friends? Would you want this foul odor in your city? NO! YOU WOULDN’T AND NOR DO WE! The people of Wise County have rights and we need our elected officials and representatives to FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS, NOW!! This has been going on way too long. I’m tired of excuses from The City of Fort Worth, Renda and TCEQ. I’m tired of empty promises. Filling out logs and making formal complaints has done NOTHING to stop the sludge dumping. I’m begging our County Commissioners and State Officials to please put a stop to this now! The City of Fort Worth hasn’t kept it’s promise “to be a better neighbor”. The City of Fort Worth doesn’t allow this nasty product to be used in their own city so why is Wise County allowing it? The City of Fort Worth is bullying Wise County and its time for Wise County to make a stand. It’s time for the State of Texas and its Representatives to open their eyes and help. Make a stand! Demand the sludge dumping to stop in Wise County! Bonnie Scroggins Wise County Resident (Boyd) 940-627-xxxx Attention TCEQ, this email is another FORMAL COMPLAINT by me.
