The level of success you personally achieve in your life will always be determined by how good you are at elevating people around you. You can rise and be considered good at something on your own, but you will never be great at anything until you understand that your limits are controlled by the levels of success the people around you achieve through your efforts, your caring and your leadership. Great people make other people great. Small people spend all their time trying to rise at someone elses expense. Everyone of you have people around you that can benefit from your experience and personal interest in them. Spend some time with those people and help them grow and you will be surprised how great you can be through the simple act of helping others rise to their own talent and ability.
