The chemistry of anxiety is a stiff brew to serve up to your cells. Intention, direction, purpose: these are our strong suits. We are very good at fear as well, it turns out! So we must choose. When we exercise our capacity to be purposeful, and do so in a relatively relaxed way, our intentions grow up around us as effortlessly and beautifully as wildflowers, yet with the order and added functionality of a garden well tended.
