The long-awaited Senior Six results for candidates who sat for national exams last year have been released at the presidential conference hall in k’la. UNEB says female students performed better than their male peers, especially in arts subjects like History, Economics, Islamic Religious Education, Geography, Literature in English and Mathematics while male candidates performed better in the traditional Science subjects. There have been improvements in a few subjects like Economics, IRE, CRE, Physics, Agriculture and Chemistry. Mathematics performance shows no improvement while drops have been seen in History, Entrepreneurship skills, Literature in English and Biology.
