The long awaited signing of peace deal between the D R Congo government and the rebels of M23 slopped yesterday and was postponed till further notice. Here is what we can learn from this adventure. First of the country which hosted the peace deal is partly involved in the war and this was seen as away to push for the Agenda of the Uganda government. Secondly President Museveni is loosing international support, the peace could have been used to replace him on international scene. Thirdly both Uganda and Congolese public opinions are against any peace deal because they believe rebels dont exist but Rwanda and Uganda. The question is what is the solution for M23 rebels in Uganda?
