The longer this person waits to come forward...the more their conscience is going to be in emotional turmoil...assuming they have a heart. This is a small area....and the truth WILL come out. People talk. Unless the guilty party is a tourist...well find em....eventually...well find em. There is no way someone could wake up everyday after doing something like this and face themselves in the mirror. Its horrific to think that this person is out there letting loved ones wonder. I pray they get the courage and strength to accept the consequences of their actions.
