We must be organised to act as such. We must focus on the offensive, instruct ourselfs that we will win and enhance the position as the front commanders of our million strong army of revolution. After 16 years of persistent struggle we have placed ourselves in a position where we can discharge this responsibility and finally achieve the great dream of our people, the liberation of our motherland.
