The mainstream media and the Left were desperate to shift attention away from the obvious, and portray the incident as the act of a random madman, mentally deranged .... however appeasement has never worked with Islam, why should it? When politicians and lame-stream media insist on burying their heads up their rear ends, this just empowers death cults even further, just as it did with Hitler ....
